By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Manthan Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
These terms apply to all current and future applications developed under the Manthan Apps brand, unless a specific app provides separate terms.
License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use our apps on any Apple device you own or control, strictly in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store terms of service.
This license does not allow you to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our apps or any part of them
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the apps to any third party
- Use the apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your use of our apps and any content or data you enter. You agree to:
- Use the apps only for their intended personal, non-commercial purposes
- Keep your device secure to prevent unauthorized access
- Not use the apps in any way that could harm, disable, or impair them
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Our apps may include features related to health, medication, and wellness tracking. These features are provided for personal organization and reminder purposes only.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
We do not store your payment information at any time.

All content within our apps, including but not limited to design, graphics, code, and text, is the intellectual property of Manthan Apps and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our apps without prior written permission.
